We rebuild and redesign cement plants to make them more sustainable and increase the use of alternative fuels.

As System Integrator we are preparing the customized design of the plant for each project together with the cement plant.

With the experience of refuse derived fuel (RDF) production and handling in the cement industry in Germany we will give not only offer the complete EP (engineering, procurement) project with our partners Westeria Fördertechnik GmbH and Aumund Fördertechnik GmbH but we also support our customers before, during and after the installation and commissioning.

Our goals include the

• handling of RDF in cement plants,
• reduction of CO₂ emissions and less usage of fossil fuels,
• achievement of circular economy within plants,
• increasement the energy recovery,
• reduction of production costs in cement plants,
• improvement of the environment and
• addition of value to waste.
